Breaking The Cycle Of Social Anxiety

Have you noticed changes in yourself during the pandemic? Are you choosing to stay home and avoid others because of anxiety? As COVID restrictions decrease, many of us may be recognizing that our anxiety has increased when having to leave the home or attend social functions.

Some levels of anxiety are normal and are required; however, when it begins to work against you… it is time to fight back!

On June: 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th (consecutively) From: 5pm-6:30pm

Please register by contacting the clinic Social Worker for a brief eligibility screen. Terrie-Lynn Veitch, RSW (705-589-3016 ext. 226)

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Struggle with Social Anxiety- No diagnosis required
  • Must be a patient of the NPLC clinic
