  1. Evaluate the effectiveness of each partnership through feedback from:
    A. Patient Advisory Council
    B. Staff

  2. Actively engage in the development of local Ontario Health Teams including:
    A. OHT governance
    B. Working group participation
    C. Operational funding decisions
  3. Nurture existing, & explore new partnerships based on organizational & patient needs
