- Maintain same day / next day access at 85% for acute illnesses
- Continuing intake of new patients to capacity
- Adherence to public health guidelines throughout COVID-19 pandemic

A) Evaluate the effectiveness of each partnership through feedback from:
- Patient Advisory Council
- Staff
- Partners
B) Actively engage in the development of local Ontario Health Teams including:
- OHT governance
- Working group participation
- Operational funding decisions
C) Nurture existing, & explore new partnerships based on organizational & patient needs
